June Luna is an American national who moved to Cape Town in 2009. She graduated from the University of Cape Town with a postgraduate LLB degree in 2012 and began working in legal publishing. She completed her articles of association with a boutique law firm and was admitted as an attorney in the Republic of South Africa shortly thereafter.

She has practiced South African immigration law exclusively over the last decade, assisting thousands of persons of all ages from across the globe to reside, work, study, invest in and visit South Africa. She is well respected in the legal profession for her commitment to her clients, her personable attitude, her due diligence and her problem-solving skills.

June’s law firm has a network of legal experts in South Africa and abroad who can read between the lines and tell you just what will be needed for your application to be successful.

June herself has extensive knowledge of the workings of the Department of Home Affairs and is thus well-positioned to assist foreigners with a range of civil services, including applications for ID books, passports, birth certificates, death certificates, marriage interviews, marriages and the registration of foreign births.

Her experience of working with Home Affairs on both a personal and professional level offers peace of mind that this road has been travelled before – and that she knows what roadblocks, if any, are likely to lie ahead in your immigration journey.
